“ Great pizza and service. Away from the city center you'll find Lo Scimpanze, hosted by Camilla and Chef Owner Lapo, both were very friendly. I had a truffle mortadella pizza that was delicious. This is a very thin crust with high quality ingredients. Once the initial flavors of the generous portion of truffle mortadella subsided, a super creamy flavor of the Mozzarella came through. The forest berry panacotta was just the right choice for dessert. I even ordered a 4 cheese to go for breakfast, yes breakfast, with an egg on top, breakfast of champions my friends, lol. ”

I absolutely love their pizza with melanzane (eggplant) and extra mozzarella—it's so deliciously cheesy and full of flavor! Although this combination isn’t on the menu, they’re more than happy to customize it to suit your taste, which really adds a personal touch.
